Brève description

This decree established the procedure and the requirements for the execution of phytosanitary import controls in Belgium. It contained a list of the Belgian border inspection posts (Annex I). This Ministerial Decree is repealed by the Royal Decree of 25/04/2017 on the 1st August 2017.
