Brève description

This decree is the basic phytosanitary legislation in Belgium. It is based on the EU Council Directive 2000/29/EC and contains pest lists in conformity with the annexes of this Directive. Successive amendments and corrections have been incorporated into the basic text. This can be consulted on the link indicated below with the reference number Numac 2005022636. The unofficial consolidated pest lists (Annex I and Annex II) are separately uploaded on the IPP in the section on lists of regulated pests for Belgium.
