Résumé

Ralstonia solanacearum has never been found in Danish potatoes. For several decades, the Danish NPPO has carried out official inspections of all Danish grown seed potatoes. Also official monitoring surveys in the Danish ware potato poduction have for decades been carried systematically. In the 1990ies Ralstonia solanacearum (presumably race 2) was found once, associated with an import, in one place of production producing ornamental Musa sp. in a green house (protected). The pest was eradicated.
