Brève description

Seed Certification Plant Protection Center (SCPPC)of the Department of Agriculture was formed in 1990 with the multidisplinary mandate to provide a wide array of services to achive growth excellance in Agriculture.It also serves as the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO)and National contact point/enquiry point for phytosanitary related activities.
