Brève description

This circular revise and change some contents on the imported goods in the List of physical objects under the quarantine before the customs clearance; the first import for experiment is needed for plant protection medicine and materials for producing medicine, living creatures in area of plant protection; regulations on ^^Smilax begelii^^ essential oil and the export of wooden products produced from rare timbers of Group IA ^^“ it would be the evidence for confiscation as specified by existing regulations; and Group IIA specified in Decree 32/2006/NĐ-CP dated 30.3.2006 issued by the Government on management over rare and precious forest plants, animals being in threatened status
