The IPPC is excited to announce the upcoming IPPC ePhyto South West Pacific regional workshop that will take place in Nadi, Fiji on 29-30 August 2019 at the Novotel Hotel. This workshop will directly follow the IPPC regional workshop which will be from 26-28 August 2019 at the same location.
Participants will learn about the progress of the IPPC ePhyto Solution Project, how the system works and the experiences of neighbouring countries - such as Samoa - in implementing the Generic ePhyto National System (GeNS) for phytosanitary exchange.

The annual World Seed Congress is the ISF’s flagship event which brings together the principal architects and decision makers of the global seed industry. It is the result of a collaboration between the FAO Emergency Prevention System (EMPRES) for transboundary animal and plant pests and diseases and food safety threats, the Global Information and Early Warning System (GIEWS) and the Food Chain Crisis Management Framework (FCC).
