If the employer is unable to allocate sufficient funds, participants are first encouraged to seek assistance from sources other than the IPPC Secretariat. However, the IPPC Secretariat could financially support the travel and per diem expenses according to the criteria used for prioritizing participants to receive travel assistance to attend meetings organized by the IPPC Secretariat which are available at : https://www.ippc.int/en/publications/criteria-used-prioritizing-participants-receive-travel-assistance-attend-meetings/.

Dates of meetings Face-to-face IC meetings are generally organized in May and November. Virtual meetings are organized as needed. Dates of the meetings are published on the IPPC Calendar: https://www.ippc.int/en/year/calendar/ when determined.
